Sacha Judd has been appointed to the Takeovers Panel and Simon Horner and Roger Wallis have been reappointed.

Ms Judd is a former partner at Buddle Findlay and recently took up the role of Managing Director of the Hoku Group. She has acted for a large number of private and listed companies that are subject to the Code.

Ms Judd has been appointed to the Panel for a five-year term.

Mr Horner has been appointed for a further five-year term and Mr Wallis has been appointed for an 18-month term.

Commerce and Consumer Affairs Minister Paul Goldsmith has also acknowledged outgoing long-term Panel member Suzanne Suckling, who was first appointed in 2002.
