Mr Park joins Ashcroft Mitchell McGregor with an employment law background and broad experience advising employers on complex workplace matters. 

Mr Park will be based in the Auckland office and will also work nationally to support Ashcroft Mitchell McGregor’s employer clients. His practice covers all aspects of employment law, including personal grievances, restructurings, disciplinary and performance processes, workplace investigations, restraints of trade and confidentiality issues
