Richard Johnstone and Grant Slevin have together set up as barristers at Left Bank Chambers, 8/18 Bernard Street, Addington, Christchurch.

Richard Johnstone retired from partnership at Wynn Williams on 31 May 2017 after over 27 years. His areas of practice remain civil litigation and disputes - primarily insurance, construction, cyber and general commercial - and professional standards and liability.

Grant Slevin was a member of Wynn Williams' insurance law team before becoming a senior investigating solicitor at the Christchurch office of the Insolvency and Trustee service. He is co-author of The Law of Insolvency in New Zealand, and his practice focus will be insolvency and debt recovery, trusts, estates and general civil litigation/dispute resolution.
