Buddle Findlay has announced the appointment of two new partners, effective from 1 January 2017.

David Broadmore. 

David Broadmore (Auckland, Litigation) specialises in commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in resolving insolvency, professional negligence, property, construction, insurance and contractual disputes.  He advises and acts for financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, insurers, public bodies and private and corporate clients.

Lisette Hood. 

Lisette Hood (Auckland, Corporate) specialises in corporate law, commercial contracting and mergers and acquisitions. Lisette advises national and international clients (in both the public and private sector) on transactional issues relevant to investment in New Zealand based assets, complex commercial supply agreements, regulatory compliance and corporate governance issues.
