Daniel Collins has joined Buddle Findlay's Auckland office as a senior associate in the banking and finance team.

Daniel has over 12 years of leading complex and high profile transactions with top tier firms in Auckland, Dubai and Sydney, including more than eight years at Clifford Chance.  

Daniel specialises in leverage and acquisition finance, project finance, syndicated and complex multiparty lending, secondary debt trading, special situation transactions and corporate rescue and debt restructuring.
