Fiona Jagiello has been appointed an Associate at Auckland firm McVeagh Fleming.

She began her career with the firm and recently returned after two years in London as a legal counsel at a FTSE100 company.

Fiona has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and completing corporate transactions.  

Her main practice areas include supply and distribution contracts, business sales, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, franchise agreements and all areas of property work from conveyancing to leases and subdivisions.
