Cooney Lees Morgan announces Greg Stringer as Special Counsel
Greg Stringer joins Cooney Lees Morgan in Tauranga as Special Counsel.
Greg joined an Auckland firm in July 1991, straight out of law school. He began his career focusing on Family Court matters and five years later became a Duty Solicitor at Papakura District Court. He has practiced exclusively in South Auckland for the last 30 years.
Greg was the Counties/Coromandel Auckland District Law Society representative for 10 years and served on the Standards Committee of the New Zealand Law Society for five years (three of those as Chair).
Now as Special Counsel at Cooney Lees Morgan, Greg is working across the firm’s family law, civil litigation and local government teams.
Cooney Lees Morgan Partner Matt Tustin said,"He has a wealth of experience and he will add a lot of depth to our practice. His ability to work across so many different areas will be invaluable, and he will be a great mentor for our up-and-coming courtroom lawyers.”
