Henry Brandts-Giesen has been promoted to partner in the Private Wealth practice of Kensington Swan.

Henry began his legal career at Kensington Swan and returned to the firm in 2016 after a decade practising internationally.

He specialises in private wealth and his advisory practice covers family and offshore trusts, residency by investment, estate planning, relationship property, collective investment scheme, unit trusts, superannuation and employee share schemes.
