Wellington barrister Jason McHerron has been appointed an adjudicator for the Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal.
The appointment, announced on 9 September 2015, is for a five-year term.
Mr McHerron will be responsible for the adjudication of cases for the South Island and the lower North Island from New Plymouth to Hawke's Bay.
He has practised as a barrister since 2006. Before this he worked for nearly seven years at the Crown Law Office, and was a solicitor with Russell McVeagh before joining Crown Law.
