Jeremy Sutton joins family law practitioners Brian Carter and Lynda Kearns at Bastion Chambers in Shortland Street, Auckland from 1 March.

He will continue to focus on property-based pre-separation and separation matters for clients with complex cases involving family trusts and/or small to medium businesses, often where one party earns a lot more than the other.
