Nicola is an experienced lawyer whose career spans the corporate, financial services, regulatory and energy sectors. She is the former General Counsel, EMEA and Asia and Managing Director of international investment bank Jefferies, both in London and in NZ.

Nicola started her career at AWS Legal as a Solicitor before moving to Ashurst in London as a Senior Associate and then returning to NZ as Senior Legal Counsel at Bathurst Resources. As a Juno Lawyer, Nicola is supporting Millennium Corporation. Nicola holds an LLB (Hons) and BA in History from the University of Canterbury.
