Juno Legal welcomes three new team members
Juno Legal has welcomed three new team members to their teams in Auckland and Christchurch.

Victoria Loveday has joined the Juno Legal team in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland. With 12 years of legal experience, Victoria specialises in company secretarial, governance, financial services, corporate and commercial law, and technology. She has previously held General Counsel roles at Easy Crypto and Pie Funds Management Limited and joins Juno from her role as Company Secretary and Senior Legal Counsel at Serko Limited. She began her legal journey in Sydney at Bird & Bird (formerly Truman Hoyle) and Clearview Wealth Limited. Victoria holds an LLB and BA from Macquarie University, Sydney. She supports Bluecurrent as a Juno Lawyer.
David Jun has joined the Juno Legal team in Ōtautahi Christchurch. With 11 years' PQE, David’s background spans banking and finance, company secretarial, privacy, regulatory compliance, and technology with both large multinational corporations as well as startups and growth businesses in all stages around the world. He has held legal and leadership roles as COO and General Counsel at Discovrd, and most recently, Group Head of Compliance, MD and Board Member roles at Vivid Money Group. David started his legal career at Kenton Chambers, MBIE and Vodafone (now One NZ) and have also gained significant international experience within both Asia & Europe at Jeju Shinhwa World, Remote, Vivid Money and LG Chem global headquarters. He holds an LLB from The University of Auckland and supports Alliance as a Juno Lawyer.
Richard Boyd has also joined the Juno Legal team in Ōtautahi Christchurch. With 12 years in legal practice, Richard specialises in corporate and commercial law, competition, consumer law, privacy, and technology. He was most recently General Counsel at Loyalty New Zealand Limited and previously held a senior solicitor role at MinterEllisonRuddWatts. Richard has international in-house experience working in London with DS Smith and BT Global Services. He began his legal career at Stephenson Harwood LLP and Christies, and is admitted in England and Wales. He holds a BA Law with French from Newcastle University, England. As a Juno Lawyer, Richard is currently supporting Lyttelton Port Company.
