Wook Jin has experience working across a wide spectrum of sectors, including electricity, technology, telecommunications, hospitality and insurance. His expertise includes advising on mergers and acquisitions (including takeovers of NZX-listed companies, and private equity investment and divestment transactions), joint venture arrangements, corporate governance considerations, and equity capital raising transactions. He is also a fluent Korean speaker.
