Michelle Hill has been promoted to partner in Kensington Swan’s Auckland property team.

Michelle’s expertise is in commercial property, with a particular focus on commercial leasing, development projects and body corporate matters.

Admitted as a barrister and solicitor in September 1996, she started with the firm in 2013 as a senior associate and was promoted to special counsel in 2018.
