Kensington Swan has appointed four new Senior Associates.

Ariana Stuart is a member of the Auckland Construction team. She can advise on all areas of construction and property law, specialising in dispute resolution. She has substantial experience in roading, transportation, and infrastructure and has acted on projects for major multinational and New Zealand based contractors.

Arie Moore is a member of the Wellington Construction team. He is experienced in all aspects of construction law and advises on project strategy, contract negotiation and drafting. He has an in-depth knowledge of various construction contracts and legislation. Arie regularly acts on a wide range of construction disputes, ranging from ongoing issues during construction through to significant time and delay claims.
 
Jane Traynor is part of Kensington Swan's Auckland Employment team and works with clients to find commercial solutions to their employment issues.  She has significant experience in advising on restructuring and redundancies, as well as having a particular interest in dispute resolution. Jane is a qualified mediator and has extensive experience representing clients at mediation.

Ezekiel Hudspith recently joined Kensington Swan's Environment and Planning team. He has acted for a wide range of clients on Resource Management Act processes, appearing at council hearings, boards of inquiry, the Environment Court and the High Court. He has also advised on HSNO, development contributions and Public Works Act matters.
