Kensington Swan Special Counsel Linda Clark will facilitate a Film Industry Working Group established by Workplace Relations and Safety Minister Iain Lees-Galloway.

The group will look for what Mr Lees-Galloway describes as a "durable solution" to restore collective bargaining rights for film production workers, without necessarily changing the status of those who wish to continue working as independent contractors.

Ms Clark was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in February 2012 after a career in journalism.

She is part of Kensington Swan's government and regulatory and dispute resolution teams, with expertise in public law, regulatory issues, media law and defamation.
