Linley Hawkes has joined Davenports Harbour as an associate in the property team. Linley specialises in commercial property advising on the sale and purchase of property, negotiating and preparing agreements, undertaking due diligence investigations and advising on all aspects of commercial leases for both landlord and tenant clients.

Anna Guise has joined the firm as a solicitor in the commercial team. After graduating LLB, BA from the University of Otago Anna was admitted in February 2017. She has assisted on a wide range of commercial transactions and regularly advises on various commercial, corporate secretarial and compliance matters.
