Russell McVeagh partner Pip Greenwood has been appointed as an independent non-executive director to the Board of Spark New Zealand.

Ms Greenwood's appointment is effective from 1 April 2018 and she replaces Mark Verbiest who retired in November 2017.

Ms Greenwood has over ten years’ experience on the Russell McVeagh board, including a period as the firm’s Chair.

Admitted as a barrister and solicitor in June 1988, she has significant experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, telecommunications, and governance.
