Wellington chartered accountant Rachel Farrant has been appointed to the board of Crown company Fairway Resolution Ltd, from 1 September 2016.

Ms Farrant is a partner at BDO, where she holds the role of HR Director. She has experience in audit and business advisory services, working with a wide range of clients in the retail, professional services, not for profit, and government sectors.

Ms Farrant replaces outgoing Director Tupara Morrison, who has served on the board since its inception five years ago.

Fairway is an independent Crown-owned company that provides specialist conflict management and dispute resolution services between organisations and the people they come into contact with.
