Bell Gully has become the third New Zealand law firm to be awarded the Rainbow Tick, certifying that it is a safe, welcoming and inclusive place for people of diverse gender identity and sexual orientation.

The Rainbow Tick team worked with Bell Gully’s LGBT committee and HR teams to review current policies, procedures and training, and to guide the firm on how to further advance support of its LGBT staff.
