Shane Elliott has joined Blackstone Chambers in Auckland as a barrister sole.

Shane previously worked in general civil litigation at Russell McVeagh and Bell Gully, and also as a Crown prosecutor at Meredith Connell.  

Shane has a broad range of civil and regulatory experience. He is an experienced advocate, having appeared at all court levels in New Zealand. He specialises in civil and regulatory litigation - particularly health and safety and FTA/consumer finance matters - and has acted both for and against a variety of regulators.
