Law firm Lane Neave has promoted three senior associates to partner, bringing the firm's number of partners to 22.

Fiona McMillan joined Lane Neave in 2007 and has over eight years' experience with a diverse client base. As part of the employment team Fiona advises employers with all employment law-related advice involving all processes from restructurings to disciplinary matters. Fiona is based in the firm's Auckland office.

Rebecca Hopkins joined Lane Neave as a senior associate in 2014 and has 16 years of experience. Rebecca is a member of the litigation team and specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. She has acted for a wide range of clients, including those in the agribusiness and commercial sectors as well as individuals and estates.

Rachael Mason joined Lane Neave in 2013 and is a member of the immigration team. She has practised exclusively in immigration law for over 14 years, in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Rachael's experience includes assisting high net worth private clients with complex immigration and citizenship applications and supporting multinational and smaller local employers.
