Wellington boutique firm Succeed Legal has announced two appointments.

Lloyd Davies. 

Lloyd Davies joins the firm as a Principal.

Lloyd specialises in advising businesses and their owners on a range of commercial and property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing and subdivisions. He also advises individuals on a wide range of personal property matters.

Before joining Succeed Legal Lloyd was Senior Legal Counsel at Contact Energy. He has also previously worked in private practice, doing a wide range of property, commercial and regulatory work.

Beth McCall has joined the firm as an Associate.

Beth has worked in the private client services teams at two national law firms and also worked in the United Kingdom for a social housing provider.

She specialises in a wide range of property and private client matters, including residential and commercial property transactions, leasing and subdivisions, relationship property, trust, estate and succession planning. Beth also has a passion for charities and not-for-profit law.
