Phoebe Davies has joined Wynn Williams as a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Team.

She is based in the Christchurch office. Phoebe has worked for international firms in the United Kingdom and is qualified to practise in New Zealand and England and Wales.

Phoebe advises on corporate and commercial law, including overseas investments, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, shareholders’ agreements, corporate governance and commercial contracts.
