The University of Otago Legal Issues Centre and Monash University’s Australian Centre for Justice Innovation have partnered on a research initiative for people who experienced the changes to the justice systems to tell their story.

The research intends to ask those who experienced participating in remote exercises in the justice systems during the pandemic about their experiences. Participants are encouraged to answer in their own words.

A report of participants’ information is intended to inform interested courts, tribunals and policy-makers in both Australia and New Zealand.
