Chris Green joins the Auckland property and construction team as a special counsel. 

Chris specialises in retail and commercial leasing, and the acquisition and disposal of real estate. Chris has worked for significant periods both in-house and in private practice. He spent nine years at another New Zealand law firm before holding a senior legal role at NZX-listed Kiwi Property Group for nearly a decade. 

Chris has acted for many New Zealand property owners and developers, as well as overseas investors. He has a broad range of experience on complex and high-value transactions and brings a client-side perspective to his work. 

Katie Gray joins the Auckland banking and finance team as a senior associate.  

Katie specialises in banking and finance with a focus on syndicated asset based, secured financings across a number of sectors. She has broad experience in general corporate finance, project finance and property finance, and has acted for a range of clients on both the lender and borrower side. 

Katie has practised in Australia, London and Singapore, bringing international experience to complex cross-border financing transactions.
