Jana plays a role in Chapman Tripp’s infrastructure and finance offering, contributing both technical expertise and sector knowledge. 

Before joining Chapman Tripp, Jana worked at firms in London and Sydney, advising on complex cross-border transactions across multiple jurisdictions. Her international background spans structured finance transactions across various asset classes and has shaped her approach to advising on multi-jurisdictional deals.
