Mathew Munro joined Corcoran French in 2017, while Ari Barrow joined the firm in 2020. Both are members of the firm’s Christchurch based Commercial team, advising clients across a range of commercial matters.

Mathew specialises in small to medium-sized businesses, with experience across business succession, buying and selling businesses, commercial law, company formation and restructuring, financing and securities, and franchising. He also works across residential and commercial property, including rural property, first home purchases and refinancing.

Ari advises clients across a broad range of commercial and property matters, including property transactions, refinancing and lending, subdivisions, commercial leasing and local government. He works with a diverse range of clients across residential, commercial and rural property.

Managing Partner Mark Henderson said the appointments recognised their experience and contribution to the firm.
