Sarah Hine has joined Juno Legal and is based in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland. She brings more than 20 years' legal experience across commercial, regulatory, governance, and compliance work. Sarah joins Juno from the University of Auckland, where she was Deputy General Counsel and most recently General Counsel and Privacy Officer (on secondment). Prior to that Sarah held roles at ComplyWith NZ Limited, Galbraiths Lawyers, Nestle NZ Limited, Auckland DHB and Russell McVeagh. She began her career at Kensington Swan and then held roles in London at Credit Suisse Financial Products and the Investors Compensation Scheme. As a Juno Lawyer, Sarah is supporting Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora. She holds an LLB (Hons) and BCom from the University of Auckland. 

Jaynen Mangal joins Juno Legal, based in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland, bringing more than 20 years' legal experience across commercial, regulatory, governance, and telecommunications law. He joins Juno from Universal Business Team, where he was General Counsel for Australia and New Zealand. Prior to that, he held senior legal and regulatory leadership roles at Digicel across the Asia Pacific and Caribbean regions, and earlier in his career held legal roles in Fiji, where he began his practice at Lateef and Lateef Lawyers and Muaror & Co Lawyers. As a Juno Lawyer, Jay is supporting Tiaki Wai and Wellington Water. He holds a BA and Law degree from the University of the South Pacific and is admitted in New Zealand. 

Davina Woods brings 20 years' experience in property and commercial law to the Juno Legal team. She has worked across Crown agencies, local and central government, and private practice, and is based in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland. She has held senior roles at Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities, Auckland Transport, and The Property Group, and has led legal input on major national housing and infrastructure projects. Earlier in her career she held roles at Brookfields Lawyers, Simpson Grierson, and began her legal career at Morrison Kent. As a Juno Lawyer, Davina is supporting Wai Hononga Water Services Limited. She holds an LLB and BA from the University of Auckland.
