Kara advises clients on corporate and commercial matters, including capital raisings, governance, and commercial contracts. She also has expertise in corporate immigration, assisting businesses with immigration solutions for key personnel and supporting international businesses establishing and growing their operations in New Zealand. Kara joined JW Legal in 2021 and has played an important role in the growth of the firm’s corporate and commercial practice.

Srijanee is an Indian-qualified lawyer who advises on corporate and commercial matters, with experience in cross-border transactions involving India, mainly inbound investments by European and US PE firms and corporates. She relocated to New Zealand from Mumbai in early 2026, having previously practised at Khaitan & Co, where she was a Principal Associate.
