Jordan joined Anthony Harper in 2015 and has built her practice around corporate M&A transactions along with a specialist focus on logistics, transport and supply chain. Jordan works with clients ranging from SMEs to NZX listed companies.

Rebecca White is an employment lawyer who advises clients across the full spectrum of employment law, from day-to-day workplace issues through to complex disputes and litigation. Rebecca joined Anthony Harper in 2025 and has established a practice spanning both contentious and noncontentious employment matters.

Mark Allen is a corporate and commercial lawyer with expertise in M&A, strategic procurement and intellectual property commercialisation. He acts for New Zealand and international clients on transactions and commercial arrangements that support investment, expansion and operations in New Zealand. Mark joined Anthony Harper in 2022.
