Anna was employed with Davenports Law from 2017-2022, before heading overseas. She rejoins the Commercial Team as a Senior Associate. Anna specialises in commercial contracts, business and share sale and purchase transactions, and general commercial and company law matters. Anna has worked with clients across a variety of industries. Most recently, she worked in-house as a Senior Legal Counsel in the UK.
