Christchurch law firm Young Hunter announced the promotion of Sam Henry and Michelle Rossiter to Associate, from 1 April 2021.

Sam has been a lawyer in Young Hunter’s civil and commercial litigation team since 2014. He specialises in construction, employment and insolvency and business restructuring matters. Sam is experienced in advising property and business owners, contractors, employers, managers and liquidators across a wide range of disputes.

Michelle is a registered legal executive in our commercial and property team, and a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives. Michelle qualified in 1984 and has considerable property experience. She provides advice in the areas of conveyancing, wills and powers of attorney, rest home and retirement village agreements, estate administration, trusts and asset protection.
