Cavell Leitch announces three new promotions
Sam Cowan has been promoted to Dispute Resolution Principal, Jeroen Vink has been promoted to Property Principal, and Shi Sheng (Shoosh) Cai has been promoted to Immigration Senior Associate.
Sam has been promoted to Principal of the Cavell Leitch dispute resolution team. He has extensive experience in commercial, construction, and insurance disputes, in particular earthquake insurance, defective building, and professional negligence claims. Sam also has expertise in advising clients on legal risk, which has included advising large international corporations on risks and obligations of their New Zealand operations.
Jeroen has been promoted to Principal of the Cavell Leitch property team. Jeroen is a leader in the Cavell Leitch property and construction teams. He has been a valued member of the firm since he graduated from Canterbury University in 2012. He practices across all areas of property law, including property development, sales and purchases, leasing and financing. Jeroen also has specialist expertise in residential and commercial construction law. He advises a range of clients from builders, developers and large commercial property investors to first home buyers.
Shi Sheng (Shoosh) has been promoted to Senior Associate in the Cavell Leitch immigration team. Shoosh has a wide range of experience delivering immigration solutions to corporate and individual clients across all immigration categories. He uses a collaborative and effective approach when tackling the most difficult immigration matters, to ensure that clients understand what is happening and are involved at each stage of their immigration matter.
