Christchurch-based Cavell Leitch has opened a Wellington office, marking the next phase of the firm’s growth. The expansion extends its footprint into one of the country’s key business hubs while maintaining its existing model of senior-led advice.

Craig advises privately owned businesses, high-growth companies and investors on complex transactions and strategic development.

He is a two-time Lexology Client Choice Award recipient, has co‑authored LexisNexis Practical Business Law and contributed to several chapters of Morison’s Company Law. His practice spans the full business lifecycle, including formation, capital raising, scale, acquisition and exit, with particular experience in technology-sector capital raising and equity crowdfunding.

Craig also has experience across roll‑up acquisition strategies, including in aged care, physiotherapy and pharmacy, as well as a substantial body of work in the agri‑sector. His practice further includes work in emerging industries such as craft brewing.
