Heimsath Alexander has announced the appointment of Chloe Barker as a Consultant.
Chloe BarkerChloe joins Heimsath Alexander on 1 June as a consultant in commercial and corporate law. Chloe brings over 20 years’ experience advising on a broad range of matters, from company and commercial, business sale and purchase, structuring, banking, trusts and estate planning, franchising and intellectual property, IT and tech contracts, consumer law, and charities. Chloe is admitted to the bar in New Zealand and the Cook Islands, holds a Masters of Forensic Science and is a member of the Institute of Directors.
