Duncan Cotterill has appointed two partners to its Wellington team.

Hamish Walker joins the commercial team from another Wellington firm. Hamish was admitted in December 1999.

He is experienced in acquisitions and sales, structuring, financing, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, governance, compliance, and contracts. His property work involves both residential and commercial property, and his private client work includes family trusts, asset protection, and estate planning.

Olivia Grant works in the Wellington litigation team. She was admitted in November 2008.

Olivia acts on statutory liability claims, professional indemnity and disciplinary matters, WorkSafe investigations and prosecutions, compliance and the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures, in a range of industries. She also advises on all aspects of employment law.
