Emma Crowley and Jess Greenheld have been appointed Senior Associates from 1 April 2022. They have extensive experience in all areas of employment law, health and safety and privacy.

Emma and Jess enjoy working in partnership with clients to resolve their employment issues pragmatically. Both have been pivotal in assisting clients navigate issues through the COVID-19 pandemic.

In addition, Emma has particular interest in ACC legislation as it relates in the employment context, and Jess has a strong interest in the impact of employees' social media use on the employment relationship, and the emerging "right to disconnect" from the workplace after business hours.
