Moving from General Counsel and Company Secretary at Kiwibank, Fiona is experienced across legal, governance, commercial and risk management roles.

She began her law career with Chapman Tripp before taking on a number of roles spanning 11 years at ANZ, including Head of Governance, Chief of Staff and Head of Securitisation.
