Gay Rankin has been appointed general manager of specialist intellectual property firm Baldwins.

Ms Rankin started in the role on 3 October 2016. She succeeds current chief executive, Mike Spraggon, who leaves at the end of November.  

Ms Rankin has held a number of senior executive roles, and has experience in business leadership, strategy development and project management within the financial and professional services sectors.
