Graeme Quigley, Ashton Goatley and Alexandra Flaus have joined the Auckland office of Webb Henderson.

Graeme Quigley has joined the firm as a partner. He was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in February 1988 after graduating BA, LLB and was a partner for over 20 years with Russell McVeagh. As a corporate practitioner he has acted for domestic and international corporate clients, private equity and investment funds, infrastructure investors, and Boards.

Ashton Goatley has joined the firm as a senior solicitor. Admitted in 2013 after graduating BA, LLB(Hons) he is a corporate and commercial lawyer. His experience includes joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters and commercial contracts. He previously worked in Russell McVeagh's corporate advisory group.

Alexandra Flaus has joined the firm as a solicitor. She was admitted in 2015 after graduating with BSc, LLB(Hons). She has experience advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters, restructuring, joint ventures and commercial contracts.
