Kensington Swan has appointed James Warren as special counsel in its national employment team based in Auckland.

James has 20 years’ experience in employment law across both New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

He has returned to New Zealand from Fieldfisher in London where he was a partner.

His background includes advising a range of clients in various industries, with a particular interest in the technology, media and retail sectors.
