Formerly a Partner at UK firm Fieldfisher in London, James joined Kensington Swan as Special Counsel in October 2018.

Admitted at the High Court in 1998, he has a particular interest in the technology, media and financial services sectors, as well as multi-jurisdictional projects and business transformations.
