Joshua specialises in banking, restructuring, and insolvency law, with extensive experience advising banks, private equity sponsors, corporates, and non-bank lenders. 

Joshua joins Banking and Finance Partner, Liz Lim, in Auckland. Joshua has a wide range of experience advising clients on complex restructuring, workout and insolvency matters, including assisting corporate debtors and creditors, as well as directors, insolvency practitioners and other stakeholders in businesses facing financial challenges. 

Joshua brings with him significant international experience. As a former in-house counsel at a global investment bank, Joshua has a deep understanding of how a bank’s legal and relationship teams operate. He understands the critical role that counsel plays in supporting strategic decision making, mitigating risk and enabling growth.
