Juliet Golightly

Juliet is a commercial arbitrator and experienced civil litigator in all aspects of commercial and family law in the High Court, District Court, Family Court and in the employment jurisdiction in Northland. She has been building and leads the civil litigation team at MWIS since 2015.

Geraldine Kelly

Geraldine joined the firm in September 2020 and has extensive experience as a Crown Prosecutor having prosecuted for three different Crown Solicitors in New Zealand over the last 14 years. Geraldine has prosecuted numerous trials in all aspects of criminal law and predominantly specialising in sexual violence trials.
