K3 Legal welcomes Grace Zhang back as Director
K3 Legal has announced the return of Grace Zhang, who rejoins the firm as a Director.
Based in Auckland, Zhang specialises in immigration law, international dispute resolution, and corporate and employment advisory.
Zhang is particularly known for handling complex immigration matters involving deportation risk, visa declines, and discretionary decision-making processes.
Having lived and studied in China and the United States before moving to New Zealand in 2016, Zhang brings an international perspective to her work and understands the challenges migrants and international clients face when navigating unfamiliar legal systems.
Zhang has advised a wide range of clients, including employers seeking practical immigration solutions, high-net-worth individuals requiring tailored migration strategies, skilled migrants, technical professionals and athletes and their families pursuing residence pathways, and individuals who have overstayed their visas, some for more than a decade, seeking to regularise their status.
“I’m excited to be returning to K3 Legal,” Zhang says. “Immigration law is deeply personal for many clients, and I look forward to continuing to support individuals, families and businesses as they navigate complex immigration challenges.”
Complementing her immigration practice, Zhang advises international businesses and investors entering the New Zealand market, including Chinese state-owned enterprises and Fortune 500 companies. Her work has included providing legal due diligence for a New Zealand subsidiary during IPO preparation and advising on sensitive employment matters involving senior executives and corporate restructuring. She is also a designated legal service provider for several prominent overseas enterprises operating in New Zealand.
