Kahu Simmonds has joined Auckland based firm Wackrow Williams & Davies Ltd as a Principal.

Kahu lives and will be practising in Christchurch and will develop the firm’s commercial practice there. He specialises in commercial property and leasing, buying and selling businesses, residential property, building contracts and general commercial law.  

Kahu started practice at the firm in Auckland in 1995 before moving to London where he worked for several firms over 11 years specialising in commercial property and funding.  

He returned to New Zealand and worked in commercial law roles in firms in Dunedin and Christchurch before his move to Wackrow Williams & Davies.
