Auckland lawyer Martin Wiseman has been appointed Chair of the Starship Foundation. The Foundation is a social profit organisation that raises around $10 million a year to assist Starship Child Health.

Mr Wiseman is New Zealand Country Managing Partner of DLA Piper and specialises in corporate, commercial and insolvency law.

He and his team have provided pro bono legal advice to the Foundation since its inception, and he has been a trustee of the Starship Foundation Board for four years.
