MAS promotes two to Executive Leadership team
MAS has announced the appointment of two internal leaders to its Executive Leadership Team.
Matthew Ineson has been appointed Chief Transformation Officer (CTO), and Hayden Saunders has been appointed Chief People Officer (CPO).
These appointments come at a pivotal time for MAS, as the organisation accelerates delivery of its business transformation programme and continues to evolve its offering for Members.
MAS Chief Executive Officer Jo McCauley said the appointments reflect the organisation’s focus on long‑term capability building.
Matthew Ineson has played a central role in shaping and advancing MAS’s transformation agenda, with expertise in programme delivery and organisational change. As Chief Transformation Officer, he will lead the execution of the business transformation programme and oversee key strategic initiatives.
Hayden Saunders brings extensive experience in people strategy, culture, and HR operations. As Chief People Officer, he will lead MAS’s people and capability agenda, supporting the organisation's efforts to attract, develop and retain the talent needed to deliver its strategy.
McCauley said both leaders would play a critical role as MAS enters the next phase of its evolution, with their digital modernisation programme well underway.
