A Senior Associate in the firm’s litigation team, Sarah Caulton is an immigration law specialist having returned to New Zealand after working for international immigration law practice, Fragomen. She has particular expertise in the representation of investor and skilled migrant applicants, with section 61 (special case) applications to the Minister of Immigration, and in acting for applicants with complex health and character issues. Sarah also practices in the areas of relationship property and family law.

We are delighted to welcome Emily Robertson as a Solicitor in our property team, working alongside Neville Martin. Having come to McMillan&Co. after 3 years in another Dunedin firm, Emily specialises in residential and commercial property transactions (with particular expertise in subdivisions), and all aspects of succession planning – trusts, wills and powers of attorney.
